The Family Support Program implemented by SOS Children’s Villages Tunisia has benefited around 1,200 children in the governorate of Siliana over the past year, as part of a preventive strategy aimed at safeguarding children and strengthening family stability.
According to Atef Labadi, director of the SOS Children’s Village in Siliana, the program focuses on early intervention to help vulnerable families cope with social and economic risks, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for their children. Support includes healthcare services, educational assistance, school transportation, and economic empowerment initiatives for low-income households.
