Siliana Governor Khaled El Waâri today oversaw the opening of a one-stop service desk for pilgrims at the Siliana Cultural Complex. The initiative aims to streamline all Hajj-related procedures through a single service point, including the purchase of tickets, currency exchange, and bookings with service and accommodation companies, ahead of the departure of the first flights to the Holy Sites.
Pilgrims have already completed training, orientation and health-awareness sessions. The governor, for his part, listened to their concerns and reviewed the various services available to them, stressing the need to ensure the required supervision and proper guidance to guarantee that the Hajj rites are performed in the best possible conditions.
The total number of pilgrims from the Siliana governorate for this season stands at 130, drawn from the governorate’s various delegations.
