The first judgment concerns an oil company in which the businessman holds shares. He was initially condemned to 6 years in prison but appealed the verdict. The Criminal Chamber reduced his sentence to 2 years.
The second case is related to the “Marina Gammarth”, for which a first judgment set 8 years in prison. Here too the Tunis Court of Appeal reduced the prison sentence to 2 years.
