The Wilayas of northern Algeria have experienced notable snowfall in the last few hours.
The snow caused traffic disruptions on the streets in the Bouira and Tizi Ouzou regions of Kabylia, and Air Algeria also reported disruptions to its domestic flight schedule due to the weather conditions.
The Algerian meteorological service confirmed that these weather disturbances would continue due to rain and snowfall.
