The Criminal Division Specialized in Terrorism Cases at the Court of Appeals in Tunis recently upheld the initial ruling sentencing the dangerous terrorist Bahaaeddine Al-Shaibi to death, along with a life sentence and five years of administrative supervision.
According to what was reported by Mosaïque FM, the case implicates charges of murder, participation in murder, joining a terrorist organization, and providing explosives. It is known that this terrorist specialized in planting landmines and bombing various locations in Mount Chaambi and Mount Salloum.
