The Regional Health Delegate for Tataouine, Omar Bououn, has announced the launch of several important health projects in the region aimed at improving medical services and addressing existing gaps in certain facilities.
Among these projects is the development of the primary healthcare center in Qsar El Marabetine, which will be equipped with new medical equipment to provide higher quality services to the public. In addition, the maintenance works for the primary healthcare centers in Mazturia and Zahra have reached a completion rate of 98%, marking significant progress in modernizing these infrastructures.
Another key area of focus in the health service development plan is the ophthalmology department at the regional hospital in Tataouine, with studies underway to improve this specialized medical field.
