Two legislative proposals on the agenda
According to the information released, the session will focus on Legislative Proposals No. 12 and No. 14/2026, related to electronic invoicing (e-invoicing).
Hearing of the President of the National Bar Association
As part of this session, the two committees will hear the President of the National Bar Association (Bâtonnier) to gather his position on the two texts and to hear the profession’s observations regarding the proposed provisions.
