Tunisia’s Minister of Employment, Riadh Chaoued, announced that the ministry is currently preparing a unified working guideline to streamline the implementation of the new legal and regulatory measures governing solidarity companies.
The announcement followed a recent virtual meeting held with the Secretary of State in charge of solidarity companies, Hassna Jebballah, attended by regional directors of employment and vocational training.
During the meeting, participants agreed to compile all questions and requests received by regional departments from solidarity companies regarding the application of the updated rules. These will be forwarded to the ministry along with practical proposals.
Riadh Chaoued explained that the specific situations of solidarity companies, following the latest legal amendments and new decisions, will be addressed through tailored solutions, ultimately leading to the creation of a clear and standardized reference note.
The minister also stressed that solidarity companies represent a strategic pillar for strengthening the country’s economic sovereignty and promoting greater socioeconomic inclusion.
He recalled that Decree No. 3 of 2025 assigns direct supervision of this key economic file to the Ministry of Employment.
