Jendouba authorized, on Sunday, the opening of an inquiry against all the individuals who will be revealed in the investigation, following the death of a child after his fall in a pile of hay, at the Qaqaa area of the locality of Oued Gharib in the delegation of Fernana.
The public prosecutor of the same court furthermore instructed one of his judges to investigate the file and the investigation into the two accusations of assassination with premeditation and intentional fire of a hay boot, according to what confirmed to the press the official spokesperson for the court.
According to witnesses, the child, who was autistic, played around a haystack near his father’s residence with several children, before being surprised when the hay boot near which he played fire.
The civil protection agents who went there, but could not rescue the burned child who fell into the hay. The family and neighbours of the victim did not, either, were able, before that and despite the attempts, to control the fire.
