Trump Wants to Shut Down Elon Musk

US President Donald Trump announced that he would conduct a comprehensive review of current government contracts with American businessman Elon Musk and the financial support provided to his companies.
Trump told reporters at the White House: “We’re going to look at everything… It’s a lot of money… Significant financial support,” raising the possibility of terminating contracts between US government agencies and Elon Musk’s companies.
At the same time, Trump indicated that he had “no idea” about the possibility of investigations against the billionaire in the context of his public feud with him.
The US president added: “I wish him well.”
Trump said he was “unhappy” with Elon Musk after the billionaire and former adviser’s endorsement attacked the president’s most significant tax cut bill. Trump threatened to cut government contracts and crucial financial support for Elon Musk’s businesses, while the American billionaire called the tax cut and spending bill a “repugnant crime.”
