Egypt, Lebanon and Kuwait have declared that Tuesday, April 13, will be the first day of Ramadan.

The three countries affirmed that the crescent moon of the holy month had not been sighted, accordingly Monday will be the 30th day of Sha’ban and Tuesday will be the first day of Ramadan.
