Directors were designated to the board of directors of the Tunisair company by the minister responsible for directing the Ministry of Transport of August 16, 2024. These are:
- Mrs. Besma Loukil Elyakoubi is appointed director representing the Ministry of Finance on the board of directors of the Tunisair Company, replacing Mrs. Amel Boughdiri, as of August 30, 2022.
- Habib Mekki is assigned director representing the Ministry of Transport on the board of directors of the Tunisair Company, replacing Mrs. Sonia Jelassi, as of June 26, 2024.
- Jamel Baghdadi is appointed director representing the Ministry of Transport on the board of directors of the Tunisair Company, replacing Mrs. Asma Mekki, as of October 10, 2023.
