Tunisair revealed that its Elective General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 10 a.m. The meeting will take place at the company’s head office and will concentrate on the election of a representative of minority shareholders to the Board of Directors for a three-year term.
Minority shareholders are shareholders individually holding no more than 0.5% of the capital and institutional investors holding no more than 5% of the capital.
