Minister of Health Faouzi Mehdi declared that a total of 5,340 deaths have been registered across Tunisian territory since the start of the pandemic.
The minister, in the same context, said that public hospitals now have 1,920 beds equipped with oxygen and 304 beds in the ICU units. He likewise indicated that 14 patients are admitted to the ICU daily and that barely 20% of intensive care beds in public and private health establishments are still available.
