The second Covid-19 patient recovered, Director of the National Observatory of New and Emerging Diseases Nissaf Ben Alaya Wednesday told TAP. The number of recoveries is poised to increase in the coming days, she added.The patient is a woman who was contaminated by her husband. The man, native of Boumerdes ( governorate of Mahdia) died Monday at Farhat Hachat hospital, Ben Alaya said. The first recovery was recorded in Sfax.
Ben Alaya said the Health Ministry will actively investigate each case it is notified about in a bid to expand the scope of testing.
