Speaking today to a private radio, the director of the Institut Pasteur de Tunis and president of the vaccination commission Hechmi Louzir revealed that 3 new infections by the new variant Omicron” have been identified.
Louzir disclosed that those infected are vaccinated, stating that their PCR tests were negative. The official did not reveal any other information about the new infections. He, in the same context, reported that the Delta variant is the most widespread in Tunisia.
