The investigating judge in charge of the case of the death of the young woman who was the victim of a road accident, and the other young people who stole her belongings rather than rescuing her, issued four arrest warrants against three young men and a girl, among the six people detained, and transferred them to the criminal court of the court of first instance of Tunis, for non-assistance to a person in danger and theft.
The other two young people will appear in a state of freedom. The judge additionally interrogated the driver of the second car that caused the accident and decided to keep the individual in question in a state of provisional release.
