The parliament MPs examined on Tuesday, during the plenary dedicated to the Ministry of Justice, article 411 of the Penal Code, particularly with regard to bad checks.
On this occasion, the Minister of Justice announced that the number of prisoners for bad checks reached 427 people. Legal cases related to bad checks number 10,058 among 200,010 cases, or a rate of 1.5%.
