Sixty-one coronavirus deaths were recorded Friday, April 23, 2021, taking the death toll to 10231.
According to the statement issued by the Ministry of Health, 2229 new cases of infection have been recorded from 8,155 tests carried out.
The total number of infected people, since March 2020, hence, amounts to 298,572, while those who have recovered is about 248 013, after the recovery of 2012 people Friday.
