The president of the 9alb Tounes parliamentary bloc, Oussama Khelifi affirmed, this Wednesday that neither the 9alb Tounes party nor its president Nabil Karoui, had support, during the last electoral campaign to foreign funding.
In a Facebook post, he said that his party will file a complaint to determine the source of funding for the 30 sponsored Facebook pages that supported Kaïs Saïed’s campaign. He revealed that 3,045,466 people were subscribed to these pages, which were run by 121 administrators including 36 residing abroad.
Khelifi assured that 9alb Tounes would like to identify the part which organised all this propaganda machine which cost more than 40 million DT.
