The Criminal Chamber at the Court of Appeal of Tunis declared, Thursday, May 26, 2022, a dismissal for the businessman Chafik Jarraya in three tax cases.
Jarraya was likewise condemned to two months in prison in a fourth case and a suspended sentence in a fifth.
