In an official statement to ” Tunisie Numérique”The minister of interior spokesman Sofiene Zâag denied circulating news regarding the possible discovery of a truck bomb in Borj Louzir Ariana. Zâag promptly reported the news as baseless rumours.
Zâag clarified that security forces intercepted a loaded truck carrying gas cylinders. Instantly suspecting the situation security forces properly investigated the truck and its owner. Sofiene Zâag declared the security forces were only doing their duties.
