Speaking to the radio, the president of the Tunisian Union of Agriculture and Fisheries (UTAP) Abdelmajid Ezzar remembered that he was excluded from the last meeting between the President of the Republic Kais Saied and the UTAP office. Condemning the strange practices of the Head of State, Ezzar emphasised that this decision reveals that Saied does not want to deal with him. “Kais Saied likely excluded me from the meeting because of my membership in the Ennahdha Movement or because of the monopoly and speculation affair” he declared, specifying that UTAP is an independent organization which should be respected.
