PDL leader Abir Moussi affirmed that the President of the Republic is constitutionally able to help dissolve the representation of the International Union of Muslim scholars in Tunisia.
Moussi added that shielding the constitution is part of the remit of the presidency, hence he can apply some of these skills to make change matters.
