Abir Moussi confirmed that the security forces stopped the PDL demonstrators from accessing Khaireddine Pasha Avenue to partake in today’s demonstration.
The demonstrators chanted slogans calling for the dissolution of Parliament and the organization of early elections. They called on President Kais Saied to sue the Muslim Brotherhood and shut down the headquarters of the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) in Montplaisir. They likewise condemned the growth in food prices and the decline of the purchasing power of citizens.
