The first president of the administrative court ruled to cancel the transfer, judged by the high council of the magistracy for magistrate Bechir Akremi from the public prosecutor’s office of Tunis to the a public prosecutor at the General Administration of Criminal Affairs at the Ministry of Justice.
As a reminder, Bechir Akremi is viewed by legal professionals to be the arm of Ennahdha at the Tunis court of first instance. He was assigned by decision of the High Judicial Council. He made innumerable appeals to eventually get his transfer cancelled by the administrative court
