The leader of the National Front of Salvation Ahmed Nejib Chebbi told the media today that he is not going to submit to the summons addressed to him by the investigating judge.
He believed this case is “a legal play” attributing the responsibility for everything that will happen to the magistrates.
“The judges are called upon to assume their responsibilities, they are not civil servants to the presidency of the Republic” he announced adding he will initiate legal proceedings against who will prosecute him.
“Kais Saïed thinks he is carrying a divine message, for him, any adversary is a criminal” adds Chebbi.
