FIFA declared that Italy’s Pierluigi Collina, chairman of the Referees Committee, has handed the final of the Arab Cup between Tunisia and Algeria to German chief referee Daniel Siebert.
He already whistled two matches for the Tunisian team in this competition, the first against the United Arab Emirates and the second against Oman.
