In a radio interview, constitutional law professor Amine Mahfoudh disclosed that the draft of the new Constitution will be ready next Monday, June 20, 2022. He clarified that the members of the National Consultative Body for a “New Republic” are pressed by the time that has been devoted to the elaboration of the Constitution.
According to him, the new version would include the positive points of the Constitutions of 1959 and 2014.
