Tunisia: Arabic condemnation of the twin terrorist bombings that hit Tunisia on the 27th

Numerous Arabic countries have condemned the twin terrorist attacks that shook Tunisia on the 27th of June. The terrorist attacks resulted in wounding 8 security officers and the martyring of officer Mahdi Zimmerli aged 24.

Denouncing and condemning the attacks, The United Arab Emirates accented its firm and rejectionist stand to various forms of violence and terrorism that are aimed at all religion and race without distinction.

On its part, Saudi Arabia rebuked the terrorist bombings by emphasizing its refusal of terrorist acts. Moreover, they unanimously affirmed their position in standing with Tunisia’s effort to eliminate terrorism.

Issuing a statement condemning the happening Egypt said “Egypt stressed the necessity for the international community to assume its responsibilities in confronting all forms of terrorism, violence and extremism through eliminating the sources of finance and support for terrorist groups.”

The wave of official condemnation continued with Bahrain adequately expressing their solidarity and support with Tunisia in standing in the face of terrorism. Furthermore, they renewed their steadfast refusal to all sorts of violence, extremism and terrorism.

The Jordanian government fiercely denounced the terrorist attacks and positively affirmed that Oman will stand with Tunisia in the face of terrorism. Moreover, they voiced their utmost support for the Tunisian authorities’ efforts to eradicate terrorism.

Finally, Arab League chief Ahmed Aboul Gheit confirmed the League’s full solidarity and support with Tunisia in its endeavors to battle terrorism and properly preserve its security and stability.
