The first investigating judge at the Court of 1st Instance in Tunis has issued arrest warrant against the former first president of the Court of Cassation, Taieb Rached, according to Mosaique FM radio.
It should be remembered that security officers proceeded, on Sunday, February 12, to the detention of the dismissed magistrate, Taïeb Rached, on the order of the public prosecutor’s office near the economic and financial judicial pole.
