Spokesperson for the Bizerte Court of First Instance, Walid Ach Belleh, told on Saturday, August 13, 2022, the TAP agency, that the investigating judge issued an arrest warrant for the young man who slaughtered a foreign citizen in the old medina of Bizerte in front of passer -by.
