The shipment is composed of antigen tests, PCR tests, ventilators, oxygen concentrators, resuscitation ventilators, FFP2 masks, pulse oximeters and control monitors.
On Monday, the first shipment of humanitarian aid given by the Ministries of Health and Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Spanish Cooperation landed in Tunisia. This shipment arrives with 100,000 antigen tests, 15 transport and emergency ventilators, 50,000 FFP2 masks, 122 oxygen concentrators and 600 pulse oximeters.

In the following weeks, a second shipment by AECID is planned. This second delivery will consist of 2 resuscitation ventilators, 8 multiparametric vital signs screens, 8 infusion pumps, 24,000 additional PCR tests, 5 additional oxygen concentrators.

The emergency plan is part of the response of the European Mechanism Team Europe. In this sense, the price of transportation is co-financed by the Directorate General of Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid (ECHO) of the European Union.
