According to the Monthly Climatological Bulletin from the National Institute of Meteorology (INM), the general average temperature in Tunisia for September 2024 reached 27.1°C, slightly exceeding the reference average of 26.2°C by 0.9°C. Average temperatures varied from 23.7°C in Kef to 30.8°C in El Borma.
The average maximum temperatures ranged from 29°C in Tabarka to 36.7°C in El Borma. The general average maximum temperature across 24 main stations was 32.3°C, exceeding the reference average for the same stations (31.8°C) by 0.5°C.
Minimum temperatures ranged between 17.2°C in Kef and 24.9°C in Tozeur and El Borma. The general average minimum temperature reached 21.9°C, surpassing the reference average of 20.7°C by 1.2°C. This data highlights the trend of warmer-than-usual temperatures across the country during this period.
