In an official statement to “Tunis Afrique Presse” Basma Khalfaoui, the widow of Mryter Chokri Belaïd reported that Maher Zaïd former president l’INLUCC “The National Anticorruption Commission” filed a complaint promptly accusing her of cunningly concealing crucial evidence related to her husband case. The filed complaint was based on the alleged hiding of Belaïd phone.Khalfaoui adequately expressed that Belaïd’s phone was in the possession of authorities. Khalfaoui stated that she had always collaborated with official investigators in regard to her husband case. Moreover, she questioned how Maher Zaïd was able to acquire and access such sensitive information.
