The Secretary General of the Narional Order of Lawyers in Tunisia (Onat) Hassen Toukabri affirmed that the former public prosecutor at the Tunis court of Tunis Béchir Akremi filed a request to become an attorney.
Toukabri added that Akremi’s request was rejected by the ONAT clarifying that the latter does not have the conditions cited in the decree which organizes the profession of lawyer.
