President Beji Caid Essebsi‘s 40th-day commemoration will take place today in the city of culture.
The official ceremony will be properly attended by family members, state officials, Members of Assembly of the Representatives of the People of Tunisia and civil-society representatives as well as close friends and longtime colleagues.
The 40th-day commemoration is organized by the Tunisian Association of the United Nations in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture. The ceremony will display documentaries of the late president as well and personal testimonies of national figures.
