Samir Dilou declared on Monday that a delegation, composed of members of the national body for the prevention of torture and the High Commissioner for Human Rights, paid a visit to Noureddine Bhiri.
The attorney said Bhiri went on a hunger strike and likewise refused to take his medicine.
