Two children, aged 14 and 16, drowned on Sunday afternoon on Kef Abbed beach, a source from the Bizerte civil protection directorate reported.
The two victims, one from the town of Menzel Bourguiba and the other from the Al-Rukb area headed this morning towards Kaf Abbad beach, which is an unsupervised shore.
Despite the intervention of the city’s protection units, they died immediately and were moved to Menzel Bourguiba Hospital.
