Tunisia has recorded 2373 new cases of the novel coronavirus on January 6th, the health ministry revealed on Thursday night, the tally hence rises to 152,254.
Meanwhile, the number of deaths recorded increased by 48 to 5052 while recoveries stand at 113,415 after reporting 1816 recoveries.
1624 COVID-19 patients have been hospitalised of whom 352 are in ICU and 127 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
