The Health Ministry announced in a press release that on September 6, 83 more infections by the coronavirus were recorded and 38 cases, already active, have tested positive. One new death was also reported, taking the death tally to 94. The swabs were taken from 918 cases, 110 of whom were taken from active carriers.
The ministry indicates that since the reopening of borders on June 27, 3923 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed, including 581 imported cases, و3297 domestic (84،%) and 44 deaths (1%).
The same source states that 73 patients are currently hospitalised (2.25 %), 22 (0,67 %) of whom have been admitted to intensive care.
Overall, there are 3242 active carriers (63،4 %) and 496 symptomatic patients (12.6%).
