Two imported cases of infection with COVID-19 were recorded on July 4, out of 1213 tests carried out including 15 to monitor previous cases, announced the Health Ministry’s periodic report.
This takes the overall number of confirmed cases of contamination with COVID-19 to 1188, out of 72902 overall tests carried out.
The number of patients who recovered has reached 1048 and 90 others still carry the virus and are followed up in specific accommodation centres.
The number of deaths from COVID19 is stable at 50, according to the same source.
