Three imported cases of infection with COVID-19 were recorded on July 2, out of 620 tests carried out including 25 to monitor previous cases, announced the Health Ministry’s periodic report.
This takes the overall number of confirmed cases of contamination with COVID-19 to 1181, out of 71198 overall tests carried out.
The number of patients who recovered has reached 1045 and 86 others still carry the virus and are followed up in specific accommodation centres.
The number of deaths from COVID19 is stable at 50, according to the same source.
