Prime Minister Elyes Fakhfakh oversaw Monday 01 June 2020, the annual meeting of the scientific and national committee to confront COVID-19 at the Kasbah Government palace.
After considering the health, economic and social situation, the National Authority for COVID-19 decided the following:
- The evacuation of Tunisians abroad starting from 04 June 2020, with the necessity to undergo seven days of compulsory self-isolation in the hotel at the expense of returnees and spend another seven days of strict health follow-up
- Transportation between governorates will be allowed starting June 4
- Opening the land, air and maritime borders on June 27, 2020.
