Tunisian health authorities revealed on Thursday that the infection tally has hit 266,827 after 1833 cases were identified on April 7.
During the same time, there have been 49 deaths, pushing the death toll to 9136.
Meanwhile, the recovery increased by 916 to 222461.
1844 hospitalisations were recorded on the same date, including 388 in intensive care units and 117 under ventilators in public and private health facilities
