Tunisia case tally grew by 496 over the past 24 hours, data from the health ministry revealed on Thursday.
During the same period, there were 27 fatalities attributed to the virus, with the country’s death toll rising to 8.490. Since the pandemic began, Tunisia has registered 243.935 coronavirus infections, the data showed.
on the other hand,210.983 recoveries were recorded in total after the recovery of 608 further persons, according to the same source.
1.038 hospitalisations were recorded on the same date, including 266 in intensive care units and 90 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
