The health ministry announced that the infection tally has hit 274.604 after reporting 1079 new cases on April 12.
During the same time, there have been 64 deaths, bringing the death toll to 9.396.
Meanwhile, the recovery increased by 2197 to 228, 267.
2195 hospitalisations were recorded on the same date, including 436 in intensive care units and 135 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
