Tunisian’s health authorities reported on Monday that 1.133 people tested positive for coronavirus on April 4, bringing the overall tally to 261.177.
Out of the figure, 219,912 infections were successfully treated, up by 877 compared to yesterday. Meanwhile, 28 patients died in the same period. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8993 cases ended in death.
1.527 hospitalisations were recorded on the same date, including 356 in intensive care units and 111 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
