The attorney of businessman Chafik Jarraya, Faycel Jedlawi declared yesterday that his client had begun a hunger strike at Mornaguia prison in a demonstration against the practices of the prison director who declined to give him an oxygen cylinder while suffering from chronic heart disease.
Faycel Jedlawi maintained his client’s health is now in jeopardy as he requested the bottle several times however to no avail.
