The National Guard revealed that following the sinking of a boat in Chebba, on the night of September 6 to 7, 2022, 14 irregular migrants were saved and six bodies were retrieved.
It added that the search for other missing continues.
According to the same source, 17 people are missing and estimates indicate that between 34 and 37 irregular migrants were on board this ship.
